Meet Ece!

Growth marketer·Lifecycle native·AI-fluent

I'm Ece, a T-shaped B2B/SaaS marketer. The deep bar: lifecycle and user communication, being close to the people who actually use the product. The breadth: applied AI, shipping web surfaces myself, and solving problems with automation when they show up. Cross-team by default.

Where I've worked.

Five years across enterprise SaaS, community-led growth, and AI-native product. Marketing, communication, and GTM ownership at every step.

  1. 2025 — Now ✦ Co-founder & CEO Berlin · Pre-seed SaaS

    Nautilida

AI Team Lead for Sales — built and ship it top to bottom.

First LOIs secured 1st design partner onboarded

Co-founded an AI-native sales platform that unifies the revenue stack, cross-coordinates sales teams, and automates follow-through across the pipeline.

    • Lead product strategy and GTM end-to-end alongside technical co-founder; own roadmap, positioning, messaging, and customer development.
    • Built and shipped the company website and core marketing surfaces in Claude Code, applying SEO, AEO, and GEO so AI answer engines cite us by name.
    • Designed and operates an automated GTM engine (n8n, outreach sequencing, CRM workflows) for lead gen, qualification, and nurture.
    • Developed prompt engineering frameworks used across product, content, and customer research.
  2. 2024 — 2025 ◐ Growth Marketing Berlin · Enterprise SaaS

    Dataiku

Owned user communication for an AI & analytics platform — two segments, one engine.

HubSpot email + in-product Freemium-to-paid lifecycle 5 teams in the loop

Worked cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Technical, Content, and Event teams to align communication with product updates and campaigns.

    • Managed two distinct user segments — general users (onboarding, day-to-day clarity) and user champions (advanced usage, long-term engagement).
    • Worked closely with free-tier users 1:1 as a direct point of contact — answered adoption questions, sat with their blockers, and turned that signal into lifecycle comms supporting extension and renewal contexts.
    • Joined the initiative at an early stage and helped establish the communication workflows the team continues to scale.
  3. 2022 ✸ Creative Marketing Istanbul · B2B Software

    CRS Soft

UX, SEO, and content for B2B software — where marketing and product overlap.

UX + SEO Employer branding Miro research frameworks

Worked at the intersection of UX, SEO, and content for enterprise software products.

    • Contributed to UX, SEO, and content optimization for software products, improving user flows, discoverability, and usability.
    • Supported HR marketing and employer branding initiatives, including career pages and recruitment-focused content.
    • Designed and optimized user journeys and research frameworks in Miro, aligning UX thinking with performance-oriented marketing and HR goals.
  4. 2020 — 2022 ▶ Community & Content Istanbul · Event SaaS

    Plandy

Translated community feedback into product and messaging — feet on the ground, hands on the loop.

Live events & activations BDR ↔ Product ↔ Marketing Community-led acquisition

Sat between BDR, product, and growth teams at an event discovery and ticketing SaaS, turning community signal into messaging and feature decisions.

    • Collaborated with BDR and growth teams on community-led acquisition initiatives.
    • Represented the platform at events and community activations, gathering direct feedback from users and event organizers on discovery, ticketing, and usability.
    • Facilitated feedback loops between users, organizers, product, and marketing teams to improve onboarding, listings, and feature communication.
    • Supported content and messaging across digital channels to increase event visibility, user engagement, and platform awareness.
  5. 2019 — 2022 ✦ Marketing Content Manager Istanbul · Student community

    Community Bilgi

Ran social and showed up in person — the campus chapter of marketing-by-doing.

Social media ownership Event presence Brand voice on campus

Managed the social channels and shaped the voice of Community Bilgi while studying at Istanbul Bilgi University. The first place I owned a brand publicly, ran content end-to-end, and put a face to the work in the room.

    • Owned the day-to-day on social — content calendar, copy, visuals, and the rhythm of posting across the community's channels.
    • Took an active role in on-campus events: representing the community, gathering signal, building relationships with students and partners.
    • Translated event energy into post-event content and recurring storylines that kept the brand alive between activations.

Nautilida — marketing site, end-to-end

Designed and shipped nautilida.ai using Claude Code — marketing surfaces, comparison pages, glossary, and a 7-chapter literacy microsite for VCs and B2B buyers. Optimized for SEO, AEO, and GEO so AI answer engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude) cite the product by name.

  • Site live in 3 weeks

AUTOMATION · OPEN SOURCE

Inbound lead automation, Apps Script edition

A zero-infrastructure pipeline behind a B2B contact form. One Apps Script webhook fans each submission out to Apollo.io enrichment, HubSpot contact creation, Google Sheets logging, and a Google Chat card with a ready-to-paste ChatGPT prompt for outreach.

  • 0 € infrastructure cost
  • Open-sourced under MIT
  • Drop-in guides for WordPress (4 plugins), Webflow, Tally

MICROSITE · LONG-FORM NARRATIVE

Nautilida Literacy — 7-chapter category primer

A separate microsite explaining the AI-native sales category to VCs and buyers. Built as a long-form, navigable narrative rather than a product brochure.

  • 7 chapters
  • Designed and written solo
  • Used in fundraising conversations
n8n workflow visualization — 12 nodes from Schedule Trigger through Notion read, Claude draft, Google Docs create, to Notion property update github.com/ece-berrak/aeo-content-pipeline 04 / 05
AUTOMATION · AI-NATIVE · OPEN SOURCE

Brand-aware content draft generator, Notion + n8n + Claude

A Notion-driven, n8n-orchestrated pipeline that turns a single keyword ticket into a fully drafted, voice-aligned long-form blog (or LinkedIn post, X thread, glossary entry) inside a Google Doc — ready for human review and manual publishing. Reads a 16-section Brand Context page, calls Claude Sonnet 4.6 with prompt caching enabled, drops the draft into Drive and writes the link back to the Notion ticket.

  • ~$0.02 per draft with prompt caching (90% input cost reduction)
  • 12-node n8n flow, 3 APIs (Notion, Anthropic, Google Docs)
  • 10 content formats supported via Brand Context format specs
  • Open-sourced under MIT

AI AGENT · AUTOMATION · OPEN SOURCE

Research agent on n8n, $0/month

An end-to-end AI research agent built on n8n Cloud. Surfaces fresh findings from the web via Tavily, structures them with Gemini 2.5 Flash, and saves the result to a Notion database — all from a single chat surface. MVP shipped; v2 adds an external chat interface so the agent becomes reachable day-to-day.

  • $0/month — runs entirely on free tiers (n8n, Gemini, Tavily, Notion)
  • Generic SOUL template — fork and customize for any vertical
  • Open-sourced under MIT

Brands I'm shaping.

Stratum.
Work, in layers.

Stratum is a productivity OS I'm shaping for product teams. A canvas where tasks, decisions, and docs stack on the same surface — so the context never leaves the work.

Built from scratch as a brand-first launch: logomark, palette, type, voice, and a full social system of 14 artboards (Instagram, LinkedIn, email) driven by a live tweaks panel — accent, deep, highlight, and grain retune in-browser. The visual language is structural and quiet: cool oat paper, jet ink, cobalt as the only loud signal.

Volt.
Pulse on every dollar.

Volt is a revenue intelligence platform I'm shaping for finance + GTM teams — a live read on every dollar moving through the funnel, in the room where decisions actually get made.

Where Stratum is quiet and structural, Volt is electric and urgent. Pure-white surface, electric lime, slate ink — a wordmark with a sparkline glyph, a tabular voice, zero grain. Built end-to-end as a brand-first launch: 14 social artboards across blog, use cases, testimonials, updates, and email — tuned for the second a revenue number lands.
